Lake Stevens Residence HardiePlank Renovation

Situated in Lake Stevens, Washington, this carefully enhanced home achieves a perfect blend of modern design and the timeless multi-level character it originally featured. The homeowner partnered with KV Construction to elevate and protect their property. This renovation included the application of HardieWrap weather barrier, James Hardie 8 1/4″ (7″ reveal) HardiePlank lap siding in Aged Pewter from the ColorPlus Statement Collection, along with Hardie trim and corners. We also installed W metal inside corners to enhance visual appeal and provide superior durability.
