Founder Vasily Kramarenko spent over 15 years as a siding installer before starting the company with a simple goal: provide durable work, done right the first time. That same philosophy still guides every project today.

Founder & General Manager
I’m the founder of KV Construction, and right from the start, our mission has been to protect homes, buildings, and other structures from outside damage. With our quality siding installation services in Seattle and beyond, we help keep properties safe and looking their best.
I spent over 15 years as a primary installer, which taught me the value of choosing high-quality materials and using the right tools to get the job done right. Since 2011 when our company opened for business, it has grown a lot. We’ve also made some fantastic connections with our clients and customers.
Even with all that growth, our original goal hasn’t changed. We still focus on delivering top-notch siding solutions that shield properties from the elements for years to come.

Before joining the team, I worked in a health care as an insurance claims processor and adjuster for 14 years. Even though it was a completely different line of work, I’ve been able to use those skills in my current role here at KV Construction, Seattle’s top choice for siding and remodeling.
As the marketer and office manager, my main goals are to:

- Keep our operations and finances running smoothly.
