KV Construction did an excellent job on our home. After purchasing the house, we discovered extensive rot behind the siding that required significant repairs. Vasily coordinated the project and kept communication open throughout, ensuring we were informed of costs and there were no surprises. All the work was completed at a fair price, which we really appreciated.
I especially want to recognize Dmitrij, who led the repair and siding work, and Edward, who handled the painting. Both worked hard, took pride in their work, and demonstrated a commitment to doing the job right.
We appreciated the quality of the work, clear communication, and professionalism throughout the project. I would confidently recommend KV Construction to anyone looking for a contractor they can trust.

I used KV Construction for a siding job on my home. I am pretty particular and I really can't say enough about how happy I am with the whole experience. From the initial contact to completion, everyone was knowledgeable and responsive. The job site was cleaned-up every afternoon.
I also made a few changes along the way, to which Vasily and crew were very flexible and accommodating. The price was fair and the quality of work was great. No hesitation in recommending KV Construction to anyone considering new siding.

We had our siding completely replaced with Hardie plank, and the whole exterior painted. The price was very reasonable and the work was outstanding. The crew was great. Vasily suggested some trim detail upgrades. I was glad for the advice. The house came out looking better than I expected.

This comapny installed new siding on our renovated house a month ago, and we were very impressed with the results. They were very courteous and helped us with ideas right from the start. The price a bit over compared to several other quotes but well worth. Vasily and workers were very professional, friendly and easy to work with.

It was so easy to work with KV. I truly appreciate everyone who worked on our site this past month. This has been a wonderful experience and that isn't usually the case on a construction project. The guys kept the site clean while working and shoved up every day until the job was finished. I am very happy with the work on my home. Thank you!

I had a project to paint that needed siding replaced. I spoke with the owner about it during my inspection. We had several companies look at it but in the end we settled on kv construction. They were fast and reasonably priced . The finish
product looked amazing and we were able to complete our painting process without any problems. I would recommend and use kv again in the future.

KV did a great job replacing the siding on four dormers on our very old house, they replaced the old flashing with correct type and closely matched the look of the rest of the house. Went the extra mile, excellent craftsmanship, honored commitments.

KV Construction did a really nice job of installing Hardie siding on our new shed. They also installed a soffit, trim detail and caulked the entire shed for us. They were very responsive and took steps to work us into their schedule and complete the job before a storm arrived. And their post-project cleanup was great.

I highly recommend KV Construction based on my experiences with Vasily, Yuri, and Katrina. They worked with me on my siding project that was financed through a renovation refinance loan. There were a few hoops to jump through to get everything approved and payment issued and they were helpful through the entire process. All of my questions and concerns were addressed and the final project is exactly what I wanted. I will be reaching out to their team for all my future siding/construction needs!

After going through the LP siding replacement process twice I realized the fool I`de been, it was time to replace it all.j I tried 5 siding contractors in our area and they were all to busy or not equipped to do the job. I called Vasliy from his CL add and had an appointment the next day.
I must admit I was a little leary of an outfit from 2 counties over but we were desperate.
Vasily showed up on time with a trunk load of samples and went over every detail of how and when the job would be done. On day 1 the crew showed up with a dumpster, honey pot and every emaginalbe tool for the job. Yuri and his crew went right to work putting in 9-10 hr days with 3-4 hours of raod time. It was non stop with those guys and in 2 weeks we had a new home.
From my experience I give them the highest recomendation there is.
Thank you Vasily, Yuri, and George
