Quality siding installation for Edmonds homes

This Edmonds exterior upgrade features smooth HardiePanels installed with clean, modern lines. We used ½-inch primed H-channels between vertical seams and primed Z-metal flashings along horizontal transitions to ensure a crisp architectural look and long-lasting moisture protection. The result is a sleek, contemporary finish that highlights the home’s mid-century design while delivering the durability of James Hardie fiber cement.

Certified waterproofing for long-term protection

Before installing the new siding, we completed full waterproofing using a complete James Hardie–approved system. The home was wrapped with HardieWrap weather barrier, all panel and lap seams were sealed with Hardie Seam Tape, and every window and door received proper flashing using HardieFlash for a secure, watertight installation. This layered protection ensures the exterior can withstand Edmonds’ consistent moisture, wind, and seasonal rain for years to come.
