This traditional style residence in the Magnolia neighborhood of Seattle is located right on the shore of Puget Sound. In consultation with the homeowner, KV Construction have made the decision to install pre finished ColorPlus® siding in Evening Blue from Statement Collection. Our crew installed James Hardie 8 1/4 (7′ reveal) lap siding, paired with Arctic White trim, corners, fascia, and eaves. The result is a beautifully refreshed exterior that’s both timeless in style and built to withstand the elements.
