New Construction in Meadowdale Edmonds, WA

This home located in Edmonds, Washington Meadowdale area effortlessly combines modern style James HardiePanels with an inviting design of Hardie Shingles showcasing breathtaking Puget Sound views. KV Construction was the builder’s preferred choice to add a unique touch that sets this new construction apart in the neighborhood. To achieve a contemporary aesthetic, we utilized James Hardie Panels and HardieShingle siding. The standout features include a combination of black-framed windows and doors, along with soffit highlights.

I’ve used KV Construction for 2 siding projects and both have turned out great. They are quick, on budget, and very communicative during the process.

Functional advantages of vented soffits

By minimizing heat and humidity, ventilated soffits help extend the lifespan of the roof structure. They deter condensation and lower the chances of mold and mildew developing within the structural elements of your home.

The comfort of home reflected in every exterior detail

Expertly installed prestige Hardie shingles and Hardie Panels siding. soffits, entrance porch and columns bring harmony to the overall design.

Durable elegance: metal corners

Metal corners to add the style and protection. Shingle siding design combined with black light fixtures, soffits and inside corners create a stunning modern design appearance.

A design that blends seamlessly with the natural surroundings

At the front of the home, we selected Hardie shingle for its long-lasting performance and low upkeep needs.

The elegance of minimalism: James Hardie shingle siding

James Hardie shingle siding demands little maintenance, conserving both time and resources. It withstands warping, shrinking, and swelling, preserving its form over the long run.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I saw them working in the neighborhood and thought I'd ask them a quote on replacing the siding and painting the exterior. Their price was affordable and the quality of works is incredible, and the guy seemed competent. In the end, I hired him. Some additional issues came up during the job, which he also took care of. He also gave me some advice on other things.

Overall, I would hire him again.
