This stylishly updated Lake Whatcom residence in Bellingham, WA, now has a modern feel while keeping its original split-level charm.

The owners partnered with KV Construction for a complete exterior renovation, which included new windows, doors, and a James Hardie siding combination of 9 1/4 (8″ reveal) Smooth lap siding and 5 1/4 (4” reveal) board. To highlight the home’s stunning design, T/G TK cedar accent siding was installed on a pop-out.

New cedar soffits, fascia, gutters, and downspouts were also added, giving the home a fresh and protected look that complements its exceptional views and convenient access to the Stimpson Family Nature Reserve.
